STEVEN MARK GODDEN, 32, of Durley Crescent, Totton. Pleaded guilty to driving while above the alcohol limit on Ringwood Road. Fined £600. Ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.

ROSS JOHN NEILSON, 39, of Broadly Close, Pennington. Pleaded guilty to resisting a constable in execution of their duty and breaching a conditional discharge. Fined £100. Ordered to pay £310 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

MARK ROBERT BARNES, 29, of School Road, Eling. Found guilty of using a handheld mobile telephone while driving on Ringwood Road, Totton, without insurance and without relevant certificate. Fined £160. Ordered to pay £300 costs and £30 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for six months.

NATHAN ROBERT PHILLIP GOSSLING, 20, of NFA. Found guilty to failing to stop when directed by a constable and driving without insurance. Fined £300. Ordered to pay £250 costs and £30 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

CHRISTOPHER PAUL HARRIS, 25, of Clydesdale Way, Totton. Pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention while driving on West Quay Road, Southampton. Fined £120. Ordered to pay £300 costs and £30 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for six months.

MATTHEW JOHN AMOS, 33, of HMP Winchester. Pleaded guilty to stealing four mobile phones worth £884.89 from ASDA in Totton. Sentenced to 16 weeks imprisonment. Ordered to pay £400 compensation.

MARK MACKENZIE DANE, 20, of Blakeney Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving while above the legal drink drive limit while at Terminus Terrace. Fined £500. Ordered to pay £85 costs and £50 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.

DOMINIC GERRARD GRIFFIN, 40, of St Marys Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty. Fined £125. Ordered to pay £100 compensation and £30 victim surcharge.

DAVID JOSEPH KING, 31, of Windermere Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour which would like cause harassment, alarm or distress. Fined £500. Ordered to pay £85 costs and £50 victim surcharge.

WILLIAM LIPSCOMBE, 21, of Westfield Grove, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to wilfully obstructing a constable and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour against him. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.

WILLIAM CHRISTOPHER MCCASH, 33, of Warburton Close, Southampton. Admits breaching terms of a community order by failing to attend Building Better Relationships Programme. Fined £20.

MIROSLAW WIERZBINSKI, 56, of Arthur Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving while above the legal drink drive limit while at Archers Road, Southampton. Fined £350. Ordered to pay £85 costs and £35 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.

KURT ASHER BALTHAZAR, 32, of Mandela Way, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him. Committed to prison for 28 days and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

OLIVER FOUNTAIN, 33, of Weston Grove Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. Fined £450. Ordered to pay £85 costs and £45 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for six months.

DANIEL KONRAD DABROWSKI, 33, of Victoria Road, Alton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on Mount Pleasant Road, Southampton, and breaching a community order. Committed to prison for 56 days. Restraining order made to protect victim.

EMMA LEANNE MICHELLE DIAS, 33, of Upper Bugle Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to jointly stealing two Dyson hair dryers worth £599.98 from John Lewis. Sentenced to three months imprisonment, suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £100 compensation.

SEAN FELIX MCNALLY, 27, of South East Road, Sholing. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a quantity of cocaine. Fined £350. ordered to pay £85 costs and £35 victim surcharge.
