Gabriel Bogdan Constantina, 30, of Clovelly Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified. Community order, licence endorsed with six penalty points, £85 costs, £85 victim services surcharge.

Marian Diaconu, 50, of Shirley Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of alcohol valued at £82 from John Lewis. Fined £200 with £85 costs and £30 victim services surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to stealing meat valued at £26 from Waitrose. Fined £130.

Aurimas Barkkauskas, 27, of George Raymond Road, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to failing to comply with terms of suspended sentence. Fined £50.

Iain George Michael Birch, 38, of Nelson Road, New Milton. Pleaded guilty to failing to comply with terms of suspended sentence. Sentenced to 28 days' imprisonment suspended for 12 months, fined £100 with £60 costs.

Howard Lewis Newton, 35, of Bramtoco Way, Totton. Pleaded guilty to failing to comply with terms of suspended sentence. Fined £50 with £60 costs.

Sean Michael Travers, 30, of Spring Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty.
