A MAN who assaulted a police officer and threatened two other people has been jailed.
Bradie Mark Shkensberg, 27, assaulted PC Amanda Clifton during an incident in Southampton in December last year.
He also threatened two people during the incident, which took place while he was under the influence of alcohol and on licence for another offence.
Shkensberg pleaded guilty to one charge of an assault on an emergency worker, to which he was sentenced to 15 weeks in prison, and one charge of using threatening behaviour to cause harassment, to which he was sentenced to six weeks in prison.
He also pleaded guilty to one charge of using threatening or abusive behaviour to cause fear of violence, to which he was given eight weeks in prison.
All three sentences were made concurrent, meaning Shkensberg, of no fixed abode, will serve 15 weeks.
