Trent Alexander-Arnold, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Ben Woodburn were spotted in Los Angeles this week.

Despite being on their summer holidays, the Liverpool trio have been training with fitness coach Nicky Holender at the UCLA university campus.

Holender, who also did a session with former Reds striker Danny Ings recently, posed for a photograph with Alexander-Arnold and Co.

The photograph was posted to Instagram alongside the message: 'A great 5 aside at the end of a busy day of training!

'Thanks for going easy on me @trentarnold66 and @ben.woodburn and thanks for feeding me the ball @alexoxchamberlain'.

Holender has previously worked with another current Liverpool player, in Divock Origi.

Tottenham fan Holender, whose chest is decorated with a tattoo featuring the club's new stadium, may have had mixed feelings when Origi scored to secure Liverpool's victory in the Champions League final.

Despite his allegiance to Spurs, Holender congratulated Origi by writing on Instagram: 'More than anything I’m extremely proud of how hard this guy has worked the past year!

'This is no overnight success, this has been a hard fought battle which has been won through blood, sweat and tears!'

Alexander-Arnold, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Woodburn and Origi will all be hoping to feature at Wembley when Liverpool begin their 2019-20 campaign in the Community Shield against Manchester City on August 4.
