- Survey asked British drivers to choose from a list of famous Britons
- Ex-Corrie star Michelle Keegan was the second top choice for men
- Model Cara Delevingne ranked third among men and women

He has barely been out of the headlines in recent months and has even lost out of hosting his long-time show Top Gear.
But doesn't matter to Jeremy Clarkson's fans, who have named his the man they would most like in the car for a road trip.
The controversial television host topped polls among men and was even named second choice among female drivers - after David Beckham.
David Beckham (with wife Victoria Beckham) is the most popular celebrity road trip companion for women
Most men said they would opt for a road trip with former Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson
The Manchester United legend ranked top for women in the survey that asked people to choose their preferred driving partner from a list of famous Britons.
Clarkson ranked No 2 among women, while former Coronation Street actress Michelle Keegan was the second top choice for men.
Fashion model Cara Delevingne was the third most popular celebrity driving partner for men and women, according to the study by internet-based insurance company Swiftcover.
At No 4, women chose comedian Noel Fielding, while men opted for a chance to take in the sights and chat about all things football with Beckham.
The top five for women was rounded out by Keegan, and the fifth top choice for men was former One Direction member Zayne Malik, who ranked ahead of former Labour leader David Miliband and ex-TOWIE star Sam Faiers.

For men, Miliband ranked seventh, one spot behind controversial TV pundit Katie Hopkins.
The findings are part of a study that looked at the popularity of road trips in the UK, with 44 per cent of UK drivers aged 18 to 35 admitting they have never been on one.
The survey of 2,000 drivers found that a majority of men (52 per cent) would rather go on a road trip with their best mates, while more than half of women (58 per cent) consider their partner the perfect companion.

Britons are now more likely to visit Africa or Asia than parts of the UK, with just 10 per cent being able to successfully state the number of counties (the correct answer is 92), the study revealed.
Wigtownshire, Morayshire, Kirkcudbrightshire, Orkney and Buteshire – all in Scotland – were the least visited counties among those polled.
Devon, Dorset, Cheshire, Essex and Buckinghamshire – all in England – were the most visited counties.
Roman Bryl, brand and propositions manager at Swiftcover, said: ‘We were surprised to find that beautiful counties such as Argyllshire have been visited by just 8 per cent of the people we surveyed, yet a whopping 27 per cent have travelled all the way to Africa.’
