One of Scotland’s leading telesales companies has created another 40 jobs in East Kilbride.

We told you in June how AGO Outsourcing had expanded on their pre-existing staff base in Peel Park by creating 80 jobs.

Now they are set to offer the perfect early Christmas present for would-be workers looking for jobs.

And they are inviting those looking for work to get in touch.

With just under 200 employees already, they are looking for at least 40 full and part time staff – but with exciting opportunities on the horizon for the company, this could increase further still.

The company has been at their West Point House home for two years now and opened a second site in Newcastle last September.

Jobs are sales advisor roles and the company are offering full and part time positions, to be filled by the middle of November.

There are three intake periods, the first starting next Monday (October 21), then November 4 and November 18.

That is part of a wider expansion of the company, who opened their third site in Glasgow in August.

When the company came to the area in 2017, it was with the promise of 470 new posts as part of a £40million investment deal.

The company’s major customer is Scottish Power, but they specialise in outsourced telesales and hope to secure new major blue chip contracts by the end of the year.

Across its soon to be three sites, the company predominantly operates within automotive, energy and utilities, financial services, public sector, retail and telecommunications sectors.
