Police are growing increasingly concerned for a missing man who vanished in Glasgow more than two days ago.

Gary McLeish was last spotted on Turnlaw Street at around 3.30pm on Friday afternoon.

The 54-year-old has not been seen since.

Police Scotland have described his disappearance as ‘out of character’ for him and have now launched an appeal for information on his whereabouts.

Gary has been described as being white Scottish, around 5ft 7ins with grey/white balding hair.

It is not clear as to what he was wearing at the time.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Anyone with any information on his whereabout should contact Police via 101, quoting incident number 2134 of Saturday, January 18.”
