Derby County return to Pride Park Stadium for the first time following the international break and back-to-back away games to face Swansea City, kick-off 3pm.
Frank Lampard’s side will look to bounce back quickly from a defeat to Stoke City midweek and here, dcfc.co.uk has gathered all the information you need ahead of the clash with Graham Potter’s side.
TEAM NEWS…
Lampard told dcfc.co.uk that George Evans will be back in contention for the clash against the Swans having been out of action for the first team since August’s meeting with Ipswich Town. The midfielder played 69 minutes to help Darren Wassall’s Under-23s side beat Arsenal 5-0 on Monday night. But the Rams manager said he still may be short on match fitness.
Curtis Davies has seen a specialist this week after being stretchered off in the first-half against Stoke City on Wednesday night and it is believed he will be sidelined for an extended period with an Achilles injury.
He joins Mason Bennett and Craig Forsyth who are out for a sustain period with a hamstring and knee injury, respectively.
WHAT THE BOSS HAD TO SAY…
Speaking to RamsTV, Lampard said: “The games in the Championship are tough and we know that.
“We are fighting to stay in contention and it’s tough but we have to focus, be confident in ourselves and we have to compete in the game.
“Swansea are a good team, even though their results recently haven’t been as great, but you can’t base anything on that in the Championship.
“They are a freshly relegated Premier League team and they have players with quality, so it will be another tough one for us.”

Derby County beat an inform Swansea City to give the Rams their first win at Pride Park Stadium in four months.
Swans defender Ashley Williams gave the home team the lead when his back pass caught out keeper Dorus De Vries and rolled over the goalline.
Derby doubled their lead through Steve Davies’ header from Conor Doyle’s corner before substitute Darren Pratley scored a late consolation from Angel Rangel’s cross.
WHO’S THE MAN IN THE MIDDLE…
Andrew Madley will be the man in the middle for Saturday’s Sky Bet Championship clash. Having taken charge of 13 Championship clashes so far this season, Madley has dished out 31 yellow cards and one straight red card.
He has refereed one game involving the Rams so far this season, their 3-1 victory over Brentford at Pride Park Stadium in September.
Madley will be assisted by Robert Merchant and Steven Meredith on the lines, whilst Geoff Eltringham has been appointed as the fourth official.
