Hyderabad: In view of the Hyderabad marathon on Sunday, the Hyderabad and Cyberabad traffic police have put in place traffic restrictions and diversions from 4.30 am to 9 am
Traffic from VV Statue towards flyover and Necklace Rotary will be diverted at VV Statue towards Shadan and Nirankari Bhavan.
Traffic from Telugu Thalli will be diverted at helipad lane towards Mint-Khairatabad
Traffic from Iqbal Minar towards Tank Bund will be diverted on Telugu Thalli flyover at Old Gate, Secretariat.
Traffic from Liberty towards Tank Bund will be diverted at GHMC office towards BRKR Bhavan, Telugu Talli, Iqbal Minar U-turn and Telugu Talli flyover.
Traffic from Karbala Maidan towards Tank Bund will be diverted at Children’s Park towards DBR Mills Road.
Traffic from Kavadiguda Crossoads will not be allowed towards Sailing Club.
Traffic from DBR Mills will not be allowed towards the Children Park.
Traffic not allowed on the rear of Nallagutta. Traffic from Ministers Road will be diverted towards Ranigunj and traffic from Ranigunj will be diverted towards Ministers’ Road at Nallagutta Junction.
When the marathon arrives at Necklace Rotary, traffic from Begumpet towards Raj Bhavan will be diverted at Greenlands towards Ameerpet till the marathon goes beyond KBR Park Junction.
When marathon enters Panjagutta flyover, traffic from Panjagutta towards Road No. 2, Banjara Hills, will be diverted at NFCL Island towards Road No.1, Banjara Hills till the marathon goes beyond KBR Park Junction.
When the marathon enters Sagar Society Jn, traffic from Orissa Island/Road No.10, Banjara Hills, will not be allowed towards NTR Bhavan and will be diverted at Cancer Hospital towards Orissa Island.
Traffic from Orissa Island will be diverted at Cancer Hospital towards Road No. 10, Banara Hills.
When the marathon run reaches Hyderabad Gymkhana Club, traffic from Filmnagar/ Road No. 45 towards Jubilee Hills Check Post will be diverted at Road No.1/45 Jn towards Road No. 45.
Traffic will not be allowed towards Road No.36, Jubilee Hills, when the marathon crosses Jubilee Hills Check Post. Traffic from Venkatagiri ‘T’ Jn., KBR Park will be diverted towards Road No.2, Banjara Hills. When the marathon reaches Ushakiran Jn., the U-turn opposite Jubilee Hills police station will be closed and traffic allowed towards Jubilee Hills Check Post.
Traffic from Jubilee Hills and Neeru’s Junction will be diverted towards 100 Feet Road, Cyber Towers, Hitex to go towards Kothaguda and Kondapur.
Jubilee hills to Raheja IT park, Biodiversity and Gachibowli ORR: Traffic from Jubilee Hills will be diverted towards 100 Feet Road, MMTS railway station, Cyber Towers flyover.
Traffic from Road No 45, Jubilee Hills, will be diverted towards Nectar Gardens, Durgam Cheruvu, Inorbit Mall, Raheja C-Gate, Madhapur traffic police station, NCB/Biodive-rsity.
Traffic from BHEL/ Lingampally will be diverted at HCU Depot towards Masjid Banda Road, Botanical Garden, Gachibowli Junction.
Traffic from Gachi-bowli Junction will be diverted at GPRS Quarters (Indiranagar) towards Gopichand Academy, Wipro Circle.
Traffic towards Lingampally and BHEL will be diverted at Gachibowli Junction towards Botanical Garden, Masjid Banda, HCU Depot or Botanical Garden, Kondapur, Hafe-ezpet, BHEL.
Traffic from Nallagandla and Gopanpally will be diverted at Gopanpally thanda towards Vatinag-ulapally, ORR service road, Kokapet rotary, Wipro Circle.
