The 35-year-old man charged with shooting a person leaving Allure Nightclub in Dover early Sunday is the same man convicted of firing at two people at the same spot, although it was then named Bubba's, in 2015.

Back then, Naquan Ingram and another man had been arguing with a person inside Bubba's nightclub. The altercation was taken outside, where Ingram was joined by others in assaulting the victim.

The victim and his girlfriend were able to get into a car and flee. Ingram and another man fired their handguns several times at the fleeing victims, striking the car. The victim and his girlfriend were not struck, Dover Police said.

Ingram was sentenced to two years in prison and two years at different levels of probation, which he violated several times.

Allure/Bubba's nightclub shootings:

Man shot leaving Allure Night Club in Dover early Sunday

Second man arrested in Bubba's nightclub shooting

On Sunday, a 38-year-old man was leaving Allure Nightclub, which is at the same site Bubba's used to be: 865 N. Dupont Highway.

As the man was leaving, he saw a group of people arguing. He then heard a gunshot and realized he'd been shot in the right arm and chest area, according to court papers.

A friend took the seriously wounded man to a hospital where he was treated for the injury.

Investigators reviewed the video surveillance footage and could see Ingram display a handgun and fire it once about 1:45 a.m., according to court records. He's then seen placing the handgun in the front waistband of his pants and concealing it.

After doing this, Ingram flees the area holding his pants' waistband in order to conceal the firearm.

Ingram was arrested at the Dover Probation and Parole Office, police said.

He is charged with first-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangering, illegal gang participation and three weapons offenses, said Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman, a Dover Police spokesman.
