Watch live: Joe Biden and running mate Kamala Harris appear together in Delaware

Former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris will make their first in-person appearance together in Delaware as running mates.

Beginning mid-afternoon, the two will speak at Greenville's A.I. du Pont High School. The event is tentatively slated to start at 3:50 p.m.
