Platte Canyon couldn’t quite keep up with a strong Peyton squad, losing by a score of 42-8 on Friday, Sept. 27.
Peyton was lead by Brandon Hussey and his 80 yards and two touchdowns in the game, averaging 4.4 yards per carry.
Allen Hardey paced the Platte Canyon rushing attack by accumulating 49 yards in the contest, averaging 4.1 yards per carry.
In their next games, Peyton will stay home and play Ellicott, while Platte Canyon will travel to play Clear Creek.
