The Northfield Nighthawks easily put away the Denver North Vikings by a score of 60-32 on Thursday.
Denver North was paced in scoring by Jaydy Gonzales who scored 14 points, while also collecting five rebounds and one assist. Elizabeth (Lizzie) Diecidue helped by chipping in nine points and seven rebounds.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Northfield heading to play Denver West and Denver North taking on Regis Groff.
Northfield has not reported any team or player statistics from this contest.
