The first-place winner will receive $500 and the winning photo will be featured on an electronic billboard. Second- and third-place winners will receive $300 and $200, respectively. • Loveland Living Planet Aquarium in Draper is accepting donations to help “Feed the Fishes.” The aquarium was closed for 56 days from mid-March to mid-May due to COVID-19, and attendance is still limited because of local mandates. It costs $2 million each year to care for the 4,500 animals that live in the aquarium, including food, veterinary care, staffing and habitat maintenance. Those who are interested in donating to help provide care for the animals at the aquarium can do so at thelivingplanet.com/feed-the-fishes
  • Pioneer Theatre Company in Salt Lake City is creating and selling face masks that are available to order online. The masks are form-fitted in different sizes and have ear loops and a holder for a filter. There are a variety of preselected prints and fabrics for the masks, but special requests and custom orders can also be accommodated, including large scale orders for companies and events. The masks are $15 each, plus $3 for shipping, although the price goes down with batched orders. PTC is also offering a new “Costume Collection” of masks that are made from costumes that were used in the company’s plays and musicals. The Costume Collection is available on a limited basis for $25. For more information and to order a mask, visit pioneertheatre.org/masks-to-order.
