Calling all Hello Kitty fans: The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is coming to West Des Moines

Fans and friends of Hello Kitty, get ready for a visit to the metro.

The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is rolling into West Des Moines for the first time from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. on Saturday.

The popular, all-pink cafe on wheels will be parked at Jordan Creek Town Center at 101 Jordan Creek Parkway in West Des Moines near the Century Theaters.

The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck will be visiting the Des Moines metro for the first time on Saturday, June 15.

The Hello Kitty Cafe Trucks are known for their cookies and macarons, along with a wide variety of collectible Hello Kitty merchandise.

As a special promotion, each guest who spends $25 or more on food purchases will receive a free Hello Kitty Cafe pink mini-tote while supplies last.

Following West Des Moines, the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck will continue its 2019 East Coast

Since the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck made its debut in October 2014 as part of Sanrio’s first food-related venture, the cafe on wheels has delighted thousands of fans from all over the U.S., drawing crowds of up to hundreds of Hello Kitty lovers at each stop.

To date, two Hello Kitty Cafe trucks have traveled to more than 80 cities across both coasts.

For 2019, 25 new cities have been added to Hello Kitty Cafe Truck’s ever-expanding routes, including Tampa, Florida; Henderson, Nevada and Greensboro, North Carolina.
