Altoona outlet mall's newest store opens Saturday

Clothing retailer Forever 21 will open Saturday at Outlets of Des Moines in Altoona.

The popular women and men's clothing and accessories store will open in a 15,000-square-foot space near Skechers on the north end of the mall. Forever 21 also operates a store at Jordan Creek Town Center mall in West Des Moines.

Outlets of Des Moines in Altoona has added another new store.

The outlet mall will have 41 stores and three eateries with the addition of Forever 21. 

Outlets of Des Moines is located at 801 Bass Pro Drive N.W. in Altoona’s Shoppes at Prairie Crossing, a retail, commercial and residential development south of Bass Pro Shops.
