Every team in the previous week's Des Moines Register Super 10 football rankings won in Week 5, so nothing has changed heading into the coming week's contests.

Iowa City West players prepare to take the field during a Class 4A varsity football game on Friday, Sept. 21, 2018, at Trojan Field in Iowa City.

And with that, a look at how the Super 10 stacks up in Week 6.

No. 1 West Des Moines Valley (5-0)

Valley High School's Creighton Mitchell (9) is hit by Waukee's Zach Eaton (18) after catching a pass in the first quarter Friday, Sept. 14, 2018, at Waukee Stadium.

Last Week: Beat Council Bluffs Thomas Jefferson 56-0. A dominant outing from the Tigers and the second time in three weeks the offense scored 40-plus while the defense pitched a shutout.

Up Next: Urbandale. The J-Hawks have won three in a row after a 0-2 start, but those two losses were to teams with UNI-Dome aspirations in Johnston and Ankeny Centennial. The Tigers will be another big challenge.

No. 2 Cedar Falls (5-0)

Ankeny's Max Griffin (7) and Nick Scherle (3) defend as Cedar Falls' Logan Wolf (17) runs the ball on Friday, Sept. 7, 2018 during a football game between the Ankeny Hawks and the Cedar Falls Tigers at Northview Middle School.

Last Week: Beat Dubuque Hempstead 39-0. It was the third shutout by the Tiger defense this season and senior receiver Logan Wolf has morphed into a gridiron star. The senior has 28 catches for 512 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Up Next: Cedar Rapids Jefferson. The J-Hawks finally found the win column with a Thursday win over Waterloo West. Now they get to go to the Dome to face Cedar Falls.

No. 3 Ankeny Centennial (5-0)

Ankeny Centennial Quarterback Garret Severseike (18) hands off to Avery Gates (2) on Friday, Sept. 21, 2018 during a football game between the Ankeny Centennial Jaguars and the Marshalltown Bobcats at Northview Middle School.

Last Week: Beat Marshalltown 49-7. The Jaguars made easy work of this one. Avery Gates rushed for 118 rushing yards and scored two touchdowns. The defense is allowing just 4.2 points per game.

Up Next: Southeast Polk. The Rams are reeling hard after dropping a heartbreaker to Fort Dodge on Friday, but Southeast Polk still has talent and could give Centennial a fight.

No. 4 Cedar Rapids Xavier (5-0)

Cedar Rapids Xavier football head coach Duane Schulte talks with players after a varsity football practice on Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018, at Saints Field in Cedar Rapids.

Last Week: Beat Maquoketa 41-0. Another ho-hum blowout victory for the Saints. Quinn Schulte was responsible for four touchdowns — three rushing, one passing. Xavier has now won 18 consecutive games, a new school record.

Up Next: Dubuque Wahlert. The Golden Eagles dropped to 0-5 after losing to Western Dubuque on Friday. Now they welcome a team that hasn’t lost since 2016.

No. 5 Bettendorf (4-1)

Bettendorf football head coach Aaron Wiley talks with players after a 4A varsity football game on Friday, Aug. 31, 2018, at TouVelle Stadium in Bettendorf.

Last Week: Beat Cedar Rapids Washington 35-0. Bettendorf's defense pitched its second shutout of the season while the offense scored all five touchdowns in the first half.

Up Next: at Burlington. The Greyhounds have alternated wins and losses all year and will host Bettendorf with a 2-3 overall record. That pattern says Burlington should win, but the Bulldogs might have other plans.

No. 6 Dowling Catholic (3-2)

Dowling Catholic's Jayson Murray (2) rushes during their football game against Ankeny Centennial on Friday, Sept. 14, 2018 in West Des Moines. An 80 yard touchdown run with two minutes left in the game put Centennial up over Dowling 14-7 which is how the game ended.

Last Week: Beat Ankeny 42-0. The Maroons looked like their old selves in a dominant win over Ankeny. Jayson Murray piled up 234 yards on 17 carries and scored a touchdown.

Up Next: at Des Moines Lincoln. The Rails got back in the win column with a 61-point effort against Sioux City North. Now they host the five-time defending state champs.

No. 7 Lewis Central (5-0)

Class of 2020 prospect Logan Jones holds offers from Iowa, Iowa State and Minnesota.

Last Week: Beat Creston/O-M 56-7. The Titans spoiled Creston’s homecoming with an offensive explosion of more than 500 total yards. Lewis Central led 42-7 by halftime.

Up Next: at Winterset. At 2-3, this Winterset team might not look terribly daunting, but their three losses are by a combined seven points. But they haven’t played an offense quite like Lewis Central.

No. 8 Johnston (4-1)

Johnston's Nuutele Davis (30) takes a handoff from Johnston's Andrew Nord (10) during their football game against Dowling Catholic at Johnston on Friday, Sept. 7, 2018 in Johnston.

Last Week: Beat Des Moines East 31-14. Lots of Dragons got playing time in this game. The defense forced six turnovers, including two interceptions by Garrett Gehrke and two fumble recoveries by Nathan Newcomb.

Up Next: Ottumwa. Johnston now hosts a team that’s dropped four consecutive games after a Week 1 win over Burlington.

No. 9 Iowa City West (4-1)

Iowa City West's Justin Thomas (3) adjusts his helmet after taking a hit during a Class 4A varsity football game on Friday, Sept. 21, 2018, at Trojan Field in Iowa City.

Last Week: Beat Pleasant Valley 20-14. The Trojans had to gut this one out, as Pleasant Valley brought the fight. Marcus Morgan showcased his ability behind center with 133 first-half passing yards.

Up Next: at Linn-Mar, Marion. This Linn-Mar team has struggled with consistency all season. The Trojans, meanwhile, have become a program that prides itself on consistency. This could be a West rout.

10. Indianola (5-0)

Indianola senior Dylan Hildreth breaks into the open. Des Moines Lincoln hosted Indianola for homecoming on Sept. 14.

Last Week: Beat Ottumwa 42-7. These Indians keep on rolling, scoring 40-plus points for the third time this season. Running back Dylan Hildreth found the end zone four times.

Up Next: Mason City. These Mohawks are struggling, which means Indianola may very well be 6-0 heading into consecutive matchups against Johnston and Waukee.
