A press conference has been called at Devon & Cornwall Police headquarters in Middlemoor to discuss the triple murder investigation.

DCI Roy Linden and Supt Matt Lawler will field questions from journalists.

They will not be answering questions on the background of the 27-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder, due to the sensitive nature of the investigation.

First body found at 3pm on Monday

Police have confirmed that the first body - that of Anthony Payne - was discovered at 3pm on Monday.

The bodies of the twins were discovered at 1pm on Tuesday.

A 27-year-old man was then arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody.
