The A30 was partially blocked in Devon after a trailer jackknifed this morning.

The accident happened at around 7.30am at Cheriton Bishop on the major road eastbound after the Woodleigh junction on the A30.

Traffic was slow and the road partially blocked.

A30 - CHERITON BISHOP - EASTBOUND - DEVON All lanes open and traffic returned to normal, accident cleared on A30 Eastbound after A30 (Woodleigh Junction). Lane one (of two) was closed following the accident around 07:30. The road may need to be blocked for recovery. This is due to a vehicle pulling a trailer jackknifing.

This is a single-vehicle RTC. We were called at around 7.30am to reports of a jackknifed vehicle and trailer. All parties are out of the vehicle. No inuries. Police are on the scene. The slow lane is currently blocked.
