Between 31/01/2019 and 03/02/2019 at Salcombe in the county of Devon, being a person who had attained the age of 16 years, and having being a person who had responsibility for Tyler Peck, a young person under that age, wilfully assaulted, ill treated, neglected, abandoned or exposed the said Tyler Peck in a manner likely to cause him unnecessary suffering or injury to health. Contrary to section 1(1) of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933. Plea: Not Guilty. Between 31/01/2019 and 03/02/2019 at Salcombe in the county of Devon, supplied a quantity of diamorphine, a controlled drug of class A to Tyler Peck in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
