Contrary to section 4A(1)(a)(b)(i) and (5) of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. Plea: Plea Guilty. Remanded on bail until 05/06/2019 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

Contrary to section 1(1) and 7 of the Theft Act 1968. On 31/10/2018 at Dawlish assaulted a male by beating him. Contrary to section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988. Conviction set aside Defendant deceased.

              Stephen PAYNE, Bradley Park Road, St Marychurch, Torquay. Age: 59. On 30/09/2018 at Totnes, drove a motor vehicle, namely Nissan Almera on a restricted road, namely A385 Ashburton Road, at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour. Allegation that on 26/05/2019 at Torquay committed arson in that without lawful excuse damaged by fire external building to maisonette, Union Street, Torquay (a), building and structural damage, pipe and boiler flue damage to the Carters store Union Street, Torquay (b), to the cottage Union Street (c) mobility scooter, intending to destroy or damage property or being reckless as to whether property would be destroyed or damaged and intending by the damage to endanger the life of another or being reckless as to whether the life of another would be thereby endangered. Contrary to sections 1(2), 1(3) and 4 of the Criminal Damage Act 1971. Sent for trial to Exeter Crown Court on 27/06/2019.
