Dimapur, Aug. 9 (EMN): The Family Planning Association of India (FPAI), Nagaland branch organised a two-day training programme at Muskan Youth Centre, Kohima on August 8 and the 9th. The association installed its first sanitary napkin-making machine in the State capital city during the event.
Ghanshyam from S. A. Enterprise and Birise Sangtam Scout/F- Researcher NIF, Guwahati Cell- Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG) were the trainers, informed an update from Akangkokla Namo, programme officer of FPA India, Nagaland Branch.
The trainees include the staff of FPA India, Nagaland branch and youth volunteers of the organisation. They were trained on the functions and purposes of different machineries and process of preparing sanitary napkins.
