Edinburgh weather forecast sees windy and cloudy day ahead

Winds are expected to pick up in the late morning and early afternoon

It will be windy and cloudy in Edinburgh on Wednesday, according to the latest weather forecast.

Temperatures will reach a high of around 11C in the afternoon, though winds will make it feel more like 8C.

It will stay relatively mild in the evening and will still feel around 8C. There will be cloud cover throughout the day.

Winds are expected to pick up in the late morning and early afternoon, reaching speeds of around 35kmh.
