Meanwhile in Chelmsford, BBC weather is expecting hail and sleet showers to hit the city tomorrow.

Between Saturday at 9am and Sunday at 9am the East of England will be hit by freezing rain.

Freezing rain is rare in the United Kingdom, but when it does occur impacts can be severe, says the Met Office.

This is due to the fact that it can form very quickly, it can be difficult to see, and is incredibly slippery.
