June 13

8:30 a.m. Fraud involving an unauthorized credit account being opened was reported in the first block of Fourth Street.

11:03 a.m. Ryan Brackbill, 42, of Harrisburg, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct following a disturbance reported in the first block of Pine Street. He was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Dubs and released after making a plea.

11:05 a.m. Theft of electronics was reported in the 200 block of Third Street.

12:39 p.m. Assault that occurred between two women several days prior was reported in the 300 block of Highland Avenue. Investigation continues.

1:45 p.m. Suspicious circumstance was reported in the 200 block of Third Street where a female subject loitering around a vacant building was gone from area before police arrived.

1:49 p.m. Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the 300 block of Highland Avenue.

2:13 p.m. Theft of a purse that occurred last week was reported in the 300 block of Highland Avenue.

2:41 p.m. Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject yelling outside was reported in the first block of George Street.

3:02 p.m. Charges for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public drunkenness are pending against a 30-year-old man, of Hanover, following a disturbance reported in the 400 block of Summit Avenue.

4:42 p.m. Disturbance involving disorderly juveniles was reported in the first block of Deguy Avenue.

5:52 p.m. Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

6:16 p.m. Suspicious vehicle reported to be occupied and parked in the 600 block of High Street was located and checked out OK.

10:09 p.m. Criminal trespass was reported in the 200 block of North Franklin Street where a male subject loitering on private property was located and warned.

June 14

12:38 a.m. Zachary King, 23, of Hanover, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness following a disturbance reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street. He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

1:10 p.m. Minor injuries were reported and towing was required following a crash in the 800 block of Carlisle Street. A 2004 Ford Freestar operated by Dorothy Slagle, of Hanover, struck a utility pole owned by Met-Ed.

1:27 p.m. Todd Sherman, 52, of Hanover, was cited for retail theft following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 300 block of Eisenhower Drive.

2:05 p.m. Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was reported in the 100 block of Pleasant Street.

2:08 p.m. Suspicious vehicle reported to be occupied and parked in the 100 block of Pleasant Street was gone from the area before police arrived.

3:20 p.m. Suspicious male subjects reported soliciting for a utility company in the first block of Orchard Street were not located.

7 p.m. Suspicious vehicle reported to be occupied and parked outside a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive was located and checked out OK.

11:12 p.m. Disturbance involving a male subject revving a vehicle engine was reported in the 300 block of Wilson Avenue.

11:59 p.m. Domestic argument between a man and a woman was reported in the 500 block of Broadway.

June 15

10:05 a.m. Minor injury was reported and towing was not required following a crash in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive. A 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe operated by Janice Swartz, of Hanover, struck a 2016 Ford Focus operated by Linda Ash, of Hanover.

11:01 a.m. Disturbance involving a neighbor dispute was reported in the first block of Third Street.

3:34 p.m. Criminal trespass was reported at a business in the 400 block of Broadway where a male subject loitering on private property was located and warned.

7:51 p.m. Disorderly conduct charges are pending against a 29-year-old woman, of New Oxford, and a 34-year-old man, of Littlestown, following a disturbance reported in the first block of Baltimore Street.

11:05 p.m. Christopher Smith, 61, of Hanover, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness following an incident reported in the 100 block of East Walnut Street. He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

11:45 p.m. A charge of DUI is pending against a 32-year-old man, of Hanover, following a traffic stop in the first block of South Forney Avenue.

June 16

12:01 a.m. Disturbance involving a verbal argument between two men was reported in the 100 block of North Railroad Street.

12:59 a.m. Derek Sites, 29, of Hanover, was cited for public drunkenness following an incident reported in the first block of North Railroad Street.

1:39 a.m. No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash in the 100 block of Kuhn Drive. A 2006 Volkswagen Jetta operated by an unknown operator struck a parked 2006 Dodge Ram owned by Chester Porter, of Hanover, and fled the scene.

1:47 p.m. Jeremy Blizzard, 21, of no fixed address, was arrested for outstanding warrants in the 600 block of Broadway. He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

2 p.m. Laura Meade, 54, of Hanover, was cited for public drunkenness following an incident reported in the 300 block of North Franklin Street.

5:40 p.m. Selena Goff, 33, of Hanover, was arrested for outstanding warrants following a traffic stop in the 700 block of Carlisle Street. She was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

7:45 p.m. Domestic argument between a man and a woman was reported in the 900 block of Randolph Street.

9:18 p.m. Domestic argument between a man and a woman was reported in the 100 block of East Chestnut Street.

9:31 p.m. Theft of money was reported in the 100 block of Second Avenue.

9:41 p.m. Suspicious female subject reported soliciting the sale of a gift card in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive was not located.

10:12 p.m. Disturbance involving a disorderly juvenile riding a mini bike was reported in the 200 block of Baer Avenue.

11:18 p.m. Disturbance involving several subject talking loudly outside was reported in the 400 block of So Franklin Street.

June 17

11:33 a.m. Suspicious vehicle was reported parked in the first block of Krug Avenue the past few nights.

12:30 p.m. Harassment by communications involving unwanted text messages was reported in the 100 block of North Franklin Street.

2:44 p.m. Drug related charges for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia are pending against a 29-year-old man, of Hanover, following an incident reported in the first block of McAllister Street.

2:56 p.m.  Madeline Sepulveda, 26, of Hanover, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the first block of McAllister Street. She was turned over to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

4:05 p.m. Donavon Holmes,18, of Hanover, was arrested and charged with strangulation, stalking, simple assault, and harassment following a domestic altercation that occurred in the 200 block of Second Avenue. He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

5:06 p.m. Assault that occurred between two men was reported in the first block of York Street. Investigation continues.

5:20 p.m. Harassment by communications between a man and a woman was reported in the 500 block of Fulton Street.

7:22 p.m. Domestic argument between two women was reported in the 900 block of Carlisle Street.

10:03 p.m. Disturbance involving a verbal argument between several subjects was reported in the 100 block of East Chestnut Street.

10:09 p.m. Theft of electronics was reported in the 100 block of East Chestnut Street.

10:16 p.m. Joshua Gibson, 41, of no fixed address, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the 100 block of East Chestnut Street. He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

June 13

10:30 a.m. A two-vehicle crash at High and Radio roads. No injuries were reported.

2:28 p.m. A two-vehicle crash in the 800 block of Baltimore Street. No injuries were reported. 

3:15 p.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle in a driveway in the 2000 block of Grandview Road. It was checked out OK.

7:57 p.m. A one-vehicle crash where a car left the road and struck a telephone pole in the 800 block of Baltimore Street. No injuries were reported. 

10:46 p.m. A subject was warned for trespassing in a township park after hours.

June 14

1:05 a.m. Report of a malfunctioning traffic light at Center and York streets. Police reset it.

3:24 a.m. Police assisted West Manheim Township Police with an arrest on Baltimore Pike.

5:35 a.m. A found bike at the rear of the middle school in the 200 block of Bowman Road was turned over to police.

7:14 a.m. Report of an erratic driver at York Street and Grandview Road. The driver was located, but no violations were found. 

10:33 a.m. A female at Blooming Grove Road and Ruel Avenue was turned over to a  constable for outstanding warrants.

12:30 p.m. A constable on Johnston Circle attempted to serve a warrant on subject who drove away.

7:19 p.m. A registration was seized for suspension in the 200 block of Center Street.

9:16 p.m. Police provided traffic control in the 1200 block of Grandview Road for a residential fire. 

9:31 p.m. Report of an unknown subject knocking on a door in the 600 block of Meade Avenue. The subject was not located.

June 15

8:40 a.m. Police disposed of two bags of trash found in the road in the 1100 block of Baltimore Street. 

10:15 a.m. A fraud report in the first block of Pinewood Circle for an unauthorized line opened on a cellular account. 

11:32 a.m. A man in the 1000 block of York Street was found dead. Nothing suspicious was located. 

12:46 p.m. Report of a disheveled male walking in the area of Baer and Oniell avenues. He checked out all OK.

12:54 p.m. Police had to put down a badly injured cat on the roadway in the 1000 block of Wilson Avenue.

2:11 p.m. A landlord and tenant dispute in the 700 block of York Street about parking. 

2:59 p.m. A vehicle backing out of a spot in the first block of Glendale Street bumped into another car. Parties exchanged information. 

3:16 p.m. Report of a verbal domestic in the 400 block of Frederick Street between ex-boyfriend and girlfriend. 

4:05 p.m. A registration plate was seized for suspension in the 1400 block of Baltimore Street. 

7:07 p.m. A two-vehicle crash at Westminster Avenue and Grandview Road. No injuries were reported. 

7:51 p.m. A civil dispute in the 1100 block of Baltimore Street about damage to a wall of a rented apartment.

8:45 p.m. A two-vehicle crash in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street. No injuries were reported. 

June 16

1:03 a.m. Two juvenile girls were warned for curfew at Black Rock Road and Breezewood Drive. 

10:14 a.m. A complainant in the 1400 block of Baer Avenue requested police check a subject walking in the area. All checked out OK.

1:38 p.m. Police investigated a juvenile boy in the 500 block of South Franklin Street for threatening neighbors. 

7:33 p.m. Report of loud music in the 100 block of South Blettner Avenue. The music was turned down on request. 

8 p.m. Report of a retail theft in the first block of Wilson Avenue. 

June 17

3:37 a.m. Report of caution tape stretched across the road at Granger Street and Westminster Avenue. It was removed by police.

8:54 a.m. A residential alarm in the 100 block of Bowman Road. It checked out all OK.

9:24 a.m. A complainant in the 1000 block of Baltimore Street wanted police to know they struck a mailbox and left note for the owner.

10:45 a.m. Report of two dogs that ran off in the first block of Ann Street. One black lab and one black and white pit bull. 

11:42 a.m. Report of a dog left in a vehicle in the 100 block of Wilson Avenue. The vehicle was gone on police arrival.

12:03 p.m. A landlord in the 1400 block of Baer Avenue wanted police aware of health and safety concerns with a tenant.

12:49 p.m. Report of indecent exposure in the 700 block of Bankert Road. The investigation is ongoing. 

1:26 p.m. Questions in the 600 block of West Granger Street about a possible phone scam.

2:01 p.m. Questions in the 800 block of Baltimore Street about an employer withholding a pay check.

2:14 p.m. An ID and credit cards were found in the 200 block of Blooming Grove Road. They were returned to the owner. 

2:30 p.m. A mother and adult son in the 100 block of Clover Lane were arguing about ownership of a vehicle. 

3:08 p.m. Two men, 19 and 21, were warned for trespassing on private property in the first block of Black Rock Road. 

3:27 p.m. Questions in the 100 block of John Street about evicting a subject.

3:46 p.m. A complainant in the 400 block of Clover Lane advised police that she was approached by female, wearing a scarf, wanting to talk to her about her religion. 

3:49 p.m. Report of a window to a white van shot out by BBs in the 100 block of Timber Lane sometime in the past two weeks. 

4:02 p.m. A commercial burglar alarm in the 1400 block of Grandview Road. Checked out OK, it was set off by cleaning personnel.

6:59 p.m. A commercial burglar alarm in the 200 block of Fame Avenue. All checked out OK.

8 p.m. Questions in the 900 block of Westminster Avenue about who can cash social security checks. 

11:50 p.m. Report of subjects being loud outside in the 800 block of York Street. They quieted on police arrival.
