8:52 a.m. Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 600 block of Broadway.

10:32 a.m. Minor injuries were reported and towing was required following a crash at High Street and W. Elm Avenue. A 2014 Honda Pilot operated by Gina Delorenzo, of Hanover, struck a 2002 Freightliner truck tractor and trailer operated by Gregory Kelly, of Hanover.

12:04 p.m. No injuries were reported and towing was required following a crash at Moul and Ridge Avenues. A 1999 BMW 323i operated by Crystal Shelley, of Thomasville, struck a 2017 Toyota RAV4 operated by Michelle Dial, of Hanover.

2:24 p.m. Edward Davis, age 56 of Hanover, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the 100 block of Carlisle Street. He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

2:26 p.m. Fraud involving a phone scam was reported in the 300 block of Barberry Drive.

3:27 p.m. Theft of money was reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

6:57 p.m. Harassment by communications occurring between two men was reported in the 300 block of High Street.

8:45 p.m. Criminal trespass was reported in the 100 block of Baltimore Street where a male subject loitering on private property was located and warned.

9:05 p.m. Criminal trespass was reported in the 100 block of Allegheny Avenue where a female subject loitering on private property was located and warned.

9:23 p.m. Jonathan Lugo-Fernandez, age 31, and Emmanuel Lugo-Fernandez, age 30, both of Hanover, were arrested and charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct following a domestic altercation reported in the first block of E. Walnut Street. They were turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

June 19

12:10 p.m. Minor injuries were reported and towing was required following a crash at High and South Streets. A 2000 Toyota Camry operated by Troy Weaver, of Hanover, struck a 2000 Dodge Dakota operated by Perry Brenneman, of Wrightsville, PA.

12:20 p.m. Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between two men was reported in the 100 block of Centennial Avenue.

1:17 p.m. Retail theft charges are pending against a 38 year old woman and a 43 year old man, both of Hanover, following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

11:28 p.m. Disturbance involving a fight that occurred between a juvenile and a woman was reported in the 900 block of Carlisle Street. Investigation continues.

June 20

12:42 a.m. Suspicious male subject reported loitering outside a business in the 1200 block of Carlisle Street was not located.

12:55 a.m. Criminal trespass was reported at a business in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street where several subjects loitering on private property were located and warned.

1:22 a.m. No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash in the 100 block of E. Hanover Street where a 2104 Ford Escape operated by Zachary King, of East Berlin, struck a parked 2013 Dodge Caravan owned by Nicole Church, of Hanover, and a parked 2007 Hyundai Sonata owned by Liberty Auto Exchange, of Etters, PA.

4:12 a.m. Disorderly conduct charges are pending against a 25 year old Hanover man and a 28 year old East Berlin man following a disturbance reported in the 300 block of N. Franklin Street.

4:20 a.m. A charge of driving under the influence is pending against a 28 year old East Berlin man following an incident reported in the 300 block of N. Franklin Street.

8:10 a.m. Criminal mischief was reported in the area of Broadway and Eisenhower Drive where a pedestrian signal had been tampered with.

9:16 a.m. Dwain Rager, age 55 of no fixed address, was arrested for outstanding warrants in the 100 block of Carlisle Street. He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

9:23 a.m. Suspicious male subject reported sleeping in the 100 block of E. Elm Avenue was located and checked out OK.

10:03 a.m. Domestic that occurred between a man and a woman was reported in the first block of W. Walnut Street.

12:07 p.m. A charge of public drunkenness is pending against a 53 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

1:24 p.m. Mildred Mills, age 37 of Hanover, was arrested for an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop in the 300 block of High Street. She was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

1:43 p.m. Domestic argument occurring between man and a woman was reported in the 200 block of York Street.

2:16 p.m. No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash in the 400 block of Broadway. A 2019 Chevrolet Malibu operated by an unknown operator struck a parked 2017 Tesla 100D owned by Blue Ridge Holdings, of Hanover.

3:52 p.m. No injuries were reported and towing was not required following a crash in the 1300 block of Broadway. A 2010 Chevrolet Malibu operated by James Shrader, of Littlestown, struck a 2019 Nissan Rogue operated by Denise Motter, of Hanover.

4:25 p.m. Charges for harassment and possession of drug paraphernalia are pending against a 23 year old Hanover man following a domestic altercation reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

5:19 p.m. William Gochenour, age 51 of Spring Grove, was cited for public drunkenness following an incident reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

7:12 p.m. Dwain Rager, age 55 of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness following an incident reported in the 100 block of N. Railroad Street. He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

7:49 p.m. John Bostic, age 39 of Hanover, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct following a domestic altercation reported in the 400 block of S. Franklin Street. He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

8:17 p.m. Harassment and criminal mischief charges are pending against a 22 year Hanover man following a domestic altercation reported in the first block of W. Walnut Street.

11:10 p.m. Theft of precious metal was reported in the first block of Linden Avenue.

11:41 p.m. No injuries were reported and towing was required following a crash at Carlisle Street and Eisenhower Drive. A 2002 Ford Escape operated by Zachary King, of East Berlin, struck a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 operated by William Myers, of Hanover.

11:56 p.m. Zachary King, age 28 of East Berlin, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence following an incident reported at Carlisle Street and Eisenhower Drive. He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.

10:19 a.m. Theft of jewelry and prescription medication was reported in the 100 block of York Street.

11:36 a.m. Domestic argument occurring between a mother and a daughter was reported in the first block of W. Walnut Street.

3:14 p.m. Kayla Gastley, age 25 of Hanover, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the 300 block of Broadway. She was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

3:35 p.m. Rachel Hewitt, age 25 of Hanover, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the 100 block of Carlisle Street. She was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

8:05 p.m. Disturbance involving loud music was reported in the 300 block of High Street.

June 24

12:15 a.m. Minor injury was reported and towing was required following a crash in the 300 block of Baltimore Street. A 2004 Chevrolet Malibu operated by Cameron McLaughlin, of Hanover, struck a parked 2005 Honda Element owned by Carlos Gragg, of Hanover, and a 2007 Ford Taurus owned by Trey Brown, of Hanover.

12:41 a.m. A charge of harassment is pending against a 43 year old Hanover woman following a domestic altercation reported in the 100 block of Pleasant Street.

2:04 a.m. Domestic argument occurring between man and a woman was reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

8:41 a.m. Fraud involving the unauthorized use of a debit card was reported in the first block of W. Walnut Street.

10:33 a.m. Suspicious male subject reported knocking on the door to a residence in the 500 block of York Street was located and checked out OK.

11:16 a.m. No injuries were reported and towing was required following a crash at Locust and Pleasant Streets. A 1998 Chevrolet Silverado operated by Justin Leppo, of Hanover, struck a 2006 Toyota Corolla operated by Allison Jean, of Hanover.

3:03 p.m. Suspicious circumstance involving a male subject who waved at a juvenile was reported in the 100 block of Third Street.

3:45 p.m. Bradley Seymour, age 31 of Hanover, was arrested for outstanding warrants following a traffic stop in the 100 block of N. Railroad Street. He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

4:58 p.m. No injuries were reported and towing was required following a crash in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive. A 2010 Jeep Patriot operated by Elizabeth Rodriguez, of Hanover, struck a 2014 Hyundai Accent operated by Zachariah Swope, of Hanover.

6:56 p.m. Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the first block of Fulton Street.

9:18 p.m. Disturbance involving two disorderly male subjects was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

4:12 a.m. Kipp Wentz, age 38 of Glenville, was cited for public drunkenness following an incident reported in the 300 block of N. Franklin Street.

1:34 p.m. A charge of harassment is pending against a 23 year old Hanover man following a domestic altercation reported in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

1:45 p.m. Harassment by communications involving a male subject repeatedly calling into a business was reported in the 100 block of Philadelphia Street.

2:02 p.m. Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between two men was reported on Center Square.

3:58 p.m. A charge of retail theft is pending against a 19 year old Hanover man following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street.

5:25 p.m. A charge of retail theft is pending against a 40 year old Hanover man following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 100 block of Carlisle Street.

7:12 p.m. An assault that occurred between a man and a woman was reported in the first block of W. Walnut Street. Investigation continues.

7:19 p.m. Troy Funkhouser, age 49 of Hanover, was cited for harassment following a domestic altercation reported in the first block of Ridge Avenue.

9:43 p.m. Disturbance was reported involving several disorderly subjects outside a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

9:51 p.m. Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 200 block of South Street.

11:34 p.m. Domestic argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the first block of Fifth Street.

June 26

1:37 a.m. Jeremy Stifler, age 27 of Hanover, was cited for public drunkenness following an incident reported in the 700 block of Carlisle Street.

3:40 a.m. Jimmie Lee Williams Jr., age 47 of Hanover, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the first block of W. Walnut Street. He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

June 18

8:10 a.m. Someone scattered personal trash at a business lot on Beck Mill Road.

10:13 a.m. A man's black leather wallet was lost in the 800 block of Baltimore Street the day prior.

10:51 a.m. Questions were answered about skateboarding on the roadway on the first block of Oneill Avenue.

10:56 a.m. A 48-year-old male was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on the first block of Brewster Street.

12:53 p.m. Drug paraphernalia was found in the back of a business lot on the first block of Wilson Avenue. Materials were picked up and destroyed by police. 

2:58 p.m. Information was requested concerning ATVs that were ridden on the property two weeks ago on the 5000 block of Grandview Road.

3:32 p.m. A glass window was reported broken at the first block of Fair Avenue.

8:50 p.m. A minor vehicle crash occurred on the 400 block of Fredrick Street. Those involved exchanged information among themselves. 

8:56 p.m. Juveniles trespassed into a neighbor's pool on the first block of Emerson Street.

9:40 p.m. A commercial burglary alarm was set off at a business on the first block of Wilson Avenue. All was found to be OK. 

10:18 p.m. A report of loud noises from a neighbor was made on the 1100 block on Baltimore. Neighbor was gone upon the arrival of police.

June 19

8:28 a.m. A 33-year-old male was warned for littering on a property on the 100 block of Ann Street.

9:27 a.m. A subject was wanted for harassment on the first block of Westminster Avenue following a break up.

9:50 a.m. An abandoned vehicle was reported on private property on the 200 block of Jasmine Drive.

12:33 p.m. A vehicle struck a spray paint can on Colonial Drive and Marie Drive/Gladys Court. The paint got on the car and the road. 

3:30 p.m. A hit-and-run crash with a parked car was reported on the 600 block of Meade Avenue.

3:57 p.m. Multiple subjects were cited following a fight at a residence on the 400 block of Fredrick Street.

4:10 p.m. A caller wanted to make police aware that she was in an argument with a furnace repair man on the first block of Frock Drive.

4:29 p.m. A residential alarm was set off at the first block of Laurel Drive. Everything was found to be OK.

5:50 p.m. A two-vehicle crash occurred on the 4000 block of Grandview Road. One car was towed and no injuries were reported. 

6:28 p.m. Windows of a vehicle were broken into on the 1600 block of Broadway and a purse was reported stolen. 

6:42 p.m. A vehicle violation was reported on the 600 block of Meade Avenue. The vehicle was gone upon police arrival.

9:34 p.m. Police received a report of fireworks on Brookside Avenue but no fireworks were located.

June 20

12:01 a.m. Police received a report of loud subjects and music on the 100 block of Mussetta Street. The subjects were located and quieted upon police request.

8:25 a.m. Police received a report of a subject loitering on the first block of Oneill Avenue. The subject was located and all was found to be OK.

9:25 a.m. Police verified a VIN number of a vehicle on the 100 block of Windsor Court.

9:36 a.m. A caller reported a lost black wallet on the 300 block of Wirt Avenue.

10:59 a.m. A subject informed police that he was picking up property from a residence on the 500 block of Baltimore Street.

1:00 p.m. Police received reports of false orders being placed online on the 1100 block of Carlisle Street.

2:28 p.m. Police received a report that a man was threatening to come into a residence on the 1100 block of Baltimore Street with a baseball bat to break in. The man was not found.

3:50 p.m. A caller reported a scam on the app letgo on the 4000 block of Grandview Road.

4:47 p.m. A report was made of dogs left in a vehicle on the 800 block of Baltimore Street. The vehicle was gone upon police arrival.

5:51 p.m. A caller reported a phone scam on the 800 block of York Street.

6:26 p.m. Police received a domestic report of a mother and son arguing on the 300 block of Fair Avenue. The son left prior to police arrival. 

8:52 p.m. A report was made of an irate customer on the first block of Wetzel Drive. The customer left upon police request.

June 21

8:51 a.m. There was a two-vehicle crash on Baltimore Street at Meadow Lane.

10:55 a.m. Police were made aware of a ongoing neighbor issue on the 700 block of York Street. Police advised complainant and neighbor to keep the peace. 

1 p.m. A complainant reported a phone scam on the first block of Stacey Drive.

8:03 p.m. Police were advised on a landlord and tenant issue on the 800 block of Baltimore Street, they were advised to keep the peace.

9:37 p.m. Joseph Lambert, 25, was found in possession of narcotics following a vehicle stop on Baltimore Street and Grace Avenue. 

11:18 p.m. Police responded to a civil issue over property between family members on the 400 block of Meade Avenue. They were advised to keep the peace.

June 22

12:07 a.m. A report was made of suspicious persons inside a home under construction on the 1100 block of Pearl Drive. Police found no issues.

1:37 a.m. A teen was picked up on High Street at Radio Road for curfew and returned to parents.

11:33 a.m. Police assisted a disabled vehicle on the 600 block of York Street. 

2:33 p.m. A complainant made police aware of property damage on the 300 block of south Center Street.

7:36 p.m. A missing dog was reported on the 800 block of York Street. The dog was later found and returned. 

7:40 p.m. Police responded to a verbal domestic between a husband and wife on the 1400 block of Baltimore Street. They were advised to keep the peace.

8:11 p.m. A report was made of a suspicious man inside a house on the 100 block of Pheasant Run Lane. All was found to be OK. 

8:50 p.m. Police checked a home on the 100 block of Bowman Road for a woman wanted following a disturbance at Codorus State Park. She was not located.

10:58 p.m. A report was made of load noises, possibly fireworks, on the 800 block of west Alvin Street. Police did not find any issues.

11:01 p.m. A report of three suspicious teens tampering with property was made on the 500 block of South Franklin Street. They were not located.

June 23

12:22 a.m. Police picked up Samson Wells, 24, for multiple warrants after a vehicle stop and foot pursuit on the 1000 block of Carlisle Street.

1:22 a.m. A disturbance of a subject yelling and laying on a vehicle was made on the 800 block of W. Alvin Street. Police located and moved the subject along.

2:53 a.m. Police responded to a verbal domestic disturbance between a boyfriend and girlfriend on the first block of N. Blettner Avenue. They were advised to keep the peace.

12:39 p.m. A minor two-vehicle crash was reported on Grandview and Blooming Grove Roads. There were no known injuries.

4:44 p.m. Police responded to a verbal domestic disturbance between a boyfriend and girlfriend on the first block of Beachfield Lane. They were advised to keep the peace.

5:26 p.m. A found dog was turned over to the police on the 4200 block of Grandview Road and later returned to the owner.

7:48 p.m. A report was made of a suspicious group of people on the 100 block of Mussetta Street. Police located them and they were moved along.

June 24

1:52 a.m. Bill Smith-Morris, 21, was picked up for warrants on the 900 block of York Street.

6:33 a.m. A dog was reported to be running loose in the area of Grandview Road at Blooming Grove Road. The dog was not located.

6:39 a.m. There was a two-vehicle crash at Grandview Road and York Street, no injuries were reported.

9:49 a.m. A minor accident on private property was reported on the 100 block of Wilson Avenue. No one was believed to be injured.

10:54 a.m. Police checked the welfare of a subject sleeping along a curb at McAllister Street and Oneill Avenue. Subject was found to be OK and was moved along.

2:25 p.m. A theft of property was reported to police on the 1000 block of Wilson Avenue.

2:46 p.m. Police responded to a civil dispute between a business owner and tenants on the 800 block of Baltimore Street. They were advised to keep the peace.

5:45 p.m. An erratic driver was reported on the 1400 block of York Street. The driver was located, stopped and cited. 

9:56 p.m. A minor crash on private property was reported on the 1100 block of Carlisle Street. The driver was found to be having a medical issue.

June 25

6:41 a.m. An abandoned vehicle was reported on the first block of Barnhart Drive. All was found to be OK.

9 a.m. An identity theft was reported to police on the first block of Wayne Avenue. Police forwarded the case to Pennsylvania State Police of Gettysburg. 

9:54 a.m. Police contacted and warned a customer that was causing a disturbance at a business on the 900 block of York Street.

12:55 p.m. Lost property was reported on the 700 block of Baltimore Street. 

4:04 p.m. Penn Township Police assisted West Manheim Township Police with a domestic incident on the first block of Casino Drive.

4:30 p.m. A man wanted to make police aware that he would no longer be living in a home on the 300 block of Fair Avenue because he is going on a rescue mission.

4:47 p.m. A two-vehicle crash was reported at York Street and John Street. There were no injuries.

5:10 p.m. Numerous dogs were reported to be attacking each other on the first block of Bragg Street. They were turned over to an animal control officer.

5:35 p.m. A complainant wanted to inform police of a phone scam on the 800 block of west Middle Street. The complainant was not out any money due to the scam.

9:13 p.m. A tan dog with a pink collar was picked up by animal control on the first block of S. Center Street.
