Apply apple cider vinegar to skin like a moisturiser

Making your own moisturiser could also help your skin’s pH balance. And once it returns to the right acidity, it will be able to retain the moisture from the moisturiser.

It instructs: “Mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 1/4 cup of virgin coconut oil.

“Studies show that coconut oil can reduce inflammation and soothe painful skin.”

Use apple cider vinegar as a facial toner

Apple cider vinegar’s antibacterial properties can help kill bacteria on the skin and reduce the chance of infection.

It says: “Apply apple cider vinegar to a cotton round and wipe it around your face using a circular motion. Follow with a gently moisturiser.”
