Royal bombshell: Kate Middleton warned to ‘escape pressure’ of daily life in shock move

KATE, the Duchess of Cambridge, has been warned to escape the “pressure of daily life” by an expert.

Astrologer, Russell Grant advised the Duchess to try and remove herself from the daily pressures as she progresses through her life in the Royal Family. Kate married Prince William in 2011 and instantly became one of the most recognisable faces in the world.

Since then, Kate and William have welcomed three children to the Royal Family, the most recent being Prince Louis.

With those children and a growing role in the Royal Family, the pressure and media scrutiny is only going to increase on the duchess.

Kate was born on January 9, 1982, and is a Capricorn.

With that in mind, Russell wrote: “A change of scene will be therapeutic.

“Travel to a faraway place will give your imagination a chance to wander.

“Experiences will be fabulously romantic. It's easier to connect with your partner when you escape the pressure of daily life.

“You are both long overdue a change.”

Typically, Russell states that Capricorns have a sense of “humour” and are "endearing" to others around them.

Away from Kate’s personality traits, the Duchess was recently branded “boring” in a brutal attack by a US commentator.

According to reports, Kate apparently broke “royal protocol” by wearing shorts.

While taking part in the King’s Cup regatta earlier this month Kate wore shorts for the first time in 11 years.

The last time wore the particular item of clothing was in 2008, at the Day-Glo Midnight Roller Disco Party.

Speaking on Kate’s apparent break from tradition, Page Six’s Royal Roundtable, commentator Elena Fishman said: “Kate Middleton was just spotted wearing shorts, I’m sure you must be asking yourself ‘what’s the big deal? It’s summer, folks wear shorts’.

“But to put this groundbreaking development in perspective, the last time Kate was spotted in shorts was 2008.

“Years before she was a member of the Royal Family and was at a roller disco party so it almost doesn’t even count.”

Social editor Kristin McNamara added: “They’re back in style, but she’s boring Kate, so what do we expect? I just have higher hopes and I was disappointed.”

In an effort to try and repair royal feud rumours, Kate has made a particular effort to include Meghan, Duchess of Sussex.

Rumours of a rift emerged in 2018 around the time of Prince Harry and Meghan’s wedding.

Such was the awkward feeling between the couples that Kate and William reportedly delayed their trip to Balmoral that year so that they wouldn’t coincide with the Sussexes.

Despite that, one royal expert has claimed that Kate is trying to heal tensions with Meghan.

Speaking on the podcast, ‘Royals’, from the Australian magazine New Idea, Angela Mollard spoke of the royals during an episode which aired in July.

Ms Mollard added: “It’s interesting isn’t it, everyone’s jumped on this saying, is it a PR exercise?

“Or is it a genuine friendship?”
