Pulisic should move to Liverpool in January transfer says pundit
Liverpool return to Premier League action this weekend when they take on Javi Gracia’s Watford side at Vicarage Road.
The Reds are currently undefeated in the top flight and sit two points behind defending champions Manchester City, having won nine of their opening 12 matches.
Apart from long-term absentee Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, the Liverpool squad has a clean bill of health which provides manager Klopp with some tough selection decisions.
Naby Keita has returned to full fitness while club captain Jordan Henderson should be available after missing England’s Nations League win over Croatia with a hamstring injury.
The duo join Giorginio Wijnaldum, James Milner, Fabinho, Adam Lallana and Xherdan Shaqiri in competition for just three midfield spots.
Klopp is expected to revert back to his favoured 4-3-3 formation to provide additional central cover, having fielded an attacking 4-2-3-1 at home against Fulham last time out.
The reliability of Milner and Wijnaldum means the pair are expected to be given the nod while Keita is favourite for the final slot ahead of Fabinho and the recovering Henderson.
Shaqiri was in superb form as Switzerland came from behind to beat Belgium 5-2 but may be forced to watch on from the bench with the Reds wary of Watford’s attacking threat.

In attack, the usual front three of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino are expected to be deployed – with Salah in particular tasked with targeting adventurous left-back Jose Holebas.
Joe Gomez is favourite to partner Virgil van Dijk at centre-back, although the 21-year-old could move wider to accommodate Dejan Lovren.
Meanwhile, Watford are riding high in seventh but face a tough run of fixtures including matches against Leicester, Manchester City and Everton next.
