Appeal after woman threatened following Wolverhampton crash

A woman was threatened by a man who demanded £500 after a minor crash.

Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to after the crash on Oaklands Road, Wolverhampton, on May 12.

The man demanded £500 and threatened to hurt her.

Wolverhampton Police tweeted saying: "Do you know who this man is?

"We want to speak to him after a woman was threatened following a minor collision on Oaklands Road, Wolverhampton on Tuesday 12 May.

"A man demanded £500 and threatened to hurt her if she didn’t oblige.

"Enquiries continue and anyone with information is asked to contact officers via Live Chat at west-midlands.police.uk between 8am and midnight, quoting crime reference 20WV/110082M/10.

"Crimestoppers can be called anonymously on 0800 555 111."
