One suspect nabbed, 2nd sought in burglary

ROCHESTER — One man has been arrested and police are seeking a second "person of interest" following an alleged burglary at the former Gary's Sports Bar.

Two males were seen running from the 38 Milton Road location upon officers responding to a burglary alarm about 8:15 a.m. Thursday, according to city police.

Jason Laskey, 42, of Lafayette St., was captured and arrested after a brief foot pursuit, police said. The second person was not located, even after a New Hampshire State Police dog was utilized in the search, police said.

Laskey is charged with burglary and resisting arrest/detention. He was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned April 4 at Strafford County Superior Court.
