I trust Bob Carrier for Dover mayor

Oct. 20 — To the Editor:

As a young family in Dover, we want a Mayor who believes in education and understands the needs of a growing community which is why we are voting for Mr. Carrier. We have two children in elementary school in Dover and they are active in many Dover sports, including baseball. Mr. Carrier has had a profound impact on the Dover baseball program. Mr Carrier puts in the effort for kids and our educational system because he understands we must have these opportunities to ensure Dover continues to grow and flourish.

Additionally, last year Mr. Carrier was awarded Dover’s “Citizen of the Year" and I can’t think of a more worthy recipient. When I think of all that Mr. Carrier has done during his lifetime, we feel that we are fortunate to have Mr. Carrier within our community and hope he is our next Mayor.
