LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – A shooting victim who walked into a local hospital for help is expected to survive.
That’s according to the Little Rock Police Department, which says the case is under investigation.
Police say the 57-year-old man walked into UAMS shortly after 5 p.m. Thursday night and said he had been shot in the foot.
He told police he was walking south in the alley from Bopp Liquor on E. 9th St. when a man shot him. Officers searched the area but found no crime scene.
The man’s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening and police say he refused to tell officers anything further about the incident.
