Three men responsible for breaking into several Detroit businesses are now in FBI custody, reported WDIV-TV.

Police said Guy Evans, Dale Ross and Keith Ware used a stolen truck in smash-and-grab robberies at five Detroit stores, including a pharmacy, liquor store, and a marijuana dispensary.

One smash-and-grab robbery happened in February 2018 at Buckley's Pharmacy on 15014 East 8 Mile Road, where the suspects made off with a safe filled with codeine and hydrocodone.

A similar incident occurred at the now-closed Star Buds dispensary, also on Eight Mile, where the suspects stole marijuana.

According to WDIV, the men were indicted in December, but the case was sealed until recently.

Charges the three men face include conspiracy to commit pharmacy burglaries and conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute controlled substances.
