Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan and Detroit Police Chief James Craig are expected to speak Saturday after police brutality protests and a shooting occurred Friday night in the downtown Detroit area.

Duggan and Craig are expected to speak at 2 p.m. at Detroit Public Safety Headquarters and be joined by Maurice Hardwick with Live In Peace Movement, the Rev. Charles Williams, chair of the Michigan Chapter of the National Action Network and Ray Winans, CEO of Keeping Them Alice.
