Advert for Glasgow business goes viral as fans call ad jingle 'an absolute tune'

A Glasgow business has sent social media into a frenzy after sharing their latest advert- and a jingle worthy of a number one single.

Twitter-users raced to retweet the commercial from Glasgow-based City Blinds and Shutter, declaring the song used in the ad 'an absolute tune'.

Music lovers even compared the 10 second ditty to tracks made by Biffy Clyro and Twin Atlantic.

The ad first gained attention when musician Michael, from Dennistoun,  tweeted: "Absolutely howling at the theme music for the bold city blinds and shutters. What an anthem!"

He added: "Still can't get over this banger. really want to hear the full mix. Genuinely love it and hope there are more lyrics.

Another agreed: "Was waiting for the beat to drop! Really quite, quite, an excellent job all round. Bravo!"

A third added: "Absolute tune."

A fourth said: "What a banger! Expecting to see Steve Aoili bust that one out at Tomorrowland."

Another commented: "Song of the summer."

Even those who weren't fans of the song couldn't help but get it stuck in their head.

One lad tweeted: "Everytime the ad comes on I get unreasonably angry because I cannae help singing it."

Go on Glasgow, we dare you to not hum along to this.
