Chef Nico has unveiled his latest dining concept - and we can't wait to join the club.

Supper Club by Nico is the newest restaurant experience to be introduced by Glasgow Chef, Nico Simeone and it launches on March 29.

The concept looks to gather a social network of old-school, like-minded foodies for an exclusive salon-style soiree in a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere.

The Supper Club will be a restaurant without walls, reviving the traditional ways of entertaining in a fresh and unconventional manner.

Chef Nico, who also runs popular Six By Nico, Public House by Nico and 111 by Nico, aims to attract food connoisseurs to dine at the city's latest dining experience.

Supper Club by Nico launches next week with a ten-course banquet held in the new restaurant located in Nithsdale Road in Glasgow's southside.

Chef Nico Simeone said: "Supper Club gives us the space to play with our own canvas. We love what we do in our other restaurants across Glasgow and the new Supper Club will take it one step further, elevate our offering and showcase some extra special food for guests to enjoy every Friday and Saturday."

In this space, Nico invites guests to try cutting edge, ever evolving dining concepts. Each of the menus will aim to take guests 'by surprise' and cooking periods and menu prices will vary with each concept.

The 10 course menu includes:

  • Crispy pig head, lovage and sour kohlrabi
  • Aged beef, fermented pepper, smoked marrow
  • 24 month comte, yruffle royale, sourdough
  • Salmon tartare, sorrel, wild rice, fennel and apple dressing
