A Glasgow bakery has created their own take on one of Scotland’s most famous tastes with the launch of some brand new doughnuts.

Nic’s NYC Deli, known for their drool worthy ring doughnuts, have brought everyone’s favourite flavour to their bakery with the launch of their Irn-Bru doughnut.

The bakery brings a taste of the big apple to the home of the clockwork orange with foods ranging from pancake stacks, wraps and sweet treats such as Twinkies and doughnuts.

For those who love North American soda, they also sell Root Beer and Fanta Grape.

Their newest doughnut - donut if you’re from across the Atlantic - is available in store at the moment and for the next few days.

Because it is a limited edition baked snack, it is nearly impossible to tell when Nic’s will stop making this exciting new treat. However, when Glasgow Live pressed them to ask when the doughnuts would run out, they said “when we get bored of eating them”.

If you fancy an Irn Bru doughnut, then head down to one of the  Nic’s NYC Deli locations on Byres Road or Hope Street before they run out.
