Glam Squad festival is back in Glasgow this summer – promising hot tips, tutorials and products from big hitters in hair and beauty.

The event is being held in SWG3 on August 4 – and they'll once again be hosting a star-studded line-up of industry experts.

Among them is celebrity stylist to the stars Carl Bembridge and Helen Flanagan’s go-to hairdresser, Jay Birmingham.

Make-up artists Louise Lavery and teen phenomenon Rueben De Maid have also been confirmed, alongside global make up artist Lord Chyna, who originally hails from Glasgow.

Glam Squad is the brainchild of three of Scotland’s most innovative hair and beauty entrepreneurs; Fallon Carberry, founder of multi-award winning hair salon, Blow Colourbar and Sarah Jane Murphy and Jane Macmillan co-founders of the Oynx Make Up brand.

Their vision is to create a celebration of both industries and bring together some of the most "respected and inspirational global talent" to Scotland.

Fallon Carberry said: “We live and breathe the hair and beauty industries with our respective brands and we were keen to bring the best of the UK’s talent to Glasgow. Glaswegians are passionate about their glam so we knew it would be well received. We want to create a fun festival party atmosphere with the best in the business showcasing their skills.”

Early bird tickets are available from today from EventBrite with the option to upgrade to VIP or seated masterclass tickets in the coming weeks.
