Police were called to offices in Gloucestershire after reports a man had left the building after making threats.

Officers were called to the business premises in Hatherley Lane, Cheltenham, shortly after 10am.

As a precaution, an image of the man was sent to security staff at the office in case he returned.

However, Gloucestershire police said they are satisfied that no offences took place.

It is understood that officers had been driving around the area looking for the man in question, and had been searching the nearby Asda car park.

Gloucestershire Live understands staff were told not to let the individual, whose picture was sent to security staff, into the building.

Staff were also urged to ensure doors locked behind them when entering or leaving the building.
