A man has been arrested this evening after officers from Gloucestershire Constabulary were called to a Gloucester pub.

Emergency services including South West Ambulance Service as well as the police were called to the Treddy pub in Tredworth High Street earlier this evening.

They were called due to a public order incident. near to the pub.

Reports of a man with a knife

A bystander told our reporter on the scene that he saw man in doorway to pub shouting apparently. “Then police pressed him against the wall and had a large knife.”
