A man who is alleged to have failed to pay his restaurant bill before leaving has been charged.
Keith Vaughan, 62, of no fixed abode has been charged with making off without payment after they left a Gloucester restaurant.
Officers from Gloucestershire Constabulary arrested the man after they were alerted by restaurant staff in Gloucester Quays at about 1.20pm, on Thursday March 14.
Vaughan has been released and is due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court on Thursday April 25.
