Cheltenham Town forward Liam McAlinden has extended his loan spell at National League North club Kidderminster Harriers until the end of the season.

The 25-year-old joined the Robins on a two year deal last summer after leaving Exeter City.

He started his career at Wolverhampton Wanderers and has also appeared on loan for Fleetwood Town, Shrewsbury Town and Crawley Town.

Since arriving at Cheltenham, McAlinden has also spent time at Brackley Town.

McAlinden has started four League Two games for his parent club this term, along with two substitute appearances.

His most recent outing was in the 6-2 home win over Arsenal Under-21s in the Checkatrade Trophy on October 30.

Kidderminster are managed by ex-Robins boss Mark Yates, who was appointed in January after starting the season at Macclesfield Town.

Former Cheltenham players Russ Penn, Ed Williams and Billy Daniels are all in Yates' squad at Aggborough.
