The festival ran until 5pm on the Monday Bank Holiday and there were so many events occurring - from climbing aboard Tall Ships to singing sea shanties with pirates.

The 2019 event was so successful in fact, reportedly giving the local economy an £11.2million boost which they say is equivalent to providing 200 full time jobs for a year, it was nominated for a National award.

The festival was nominated for the National Outdoor Events Association's 'Event of the Year award' with people travelling from around the world - even as far as Australia - to enjoy the event and bask in the glorious sunshine.
