Warns of stormy weather initially didn't seem to put people off heading to Gloucester's Kingsholm Stadium.

In fact, a number of people camped outside the venue overnight in order to ensure that they got the best seat.

However later on in the night, torrential rain poured down on the stadium along with lightning that pierced the sky.

And this all proved too much for several fans.

Just before Olly took to the stage in Gloucester, Storm Miguel arrived and the rain came pouring down.

And in the open-air stadium didn't do much in the way of providing shelter.

What's more, Gloucester Rugby warned revellers that big umbrellas were not allowed into the venue and no umbrellas were allowed to be up during the performances either.

One fan tweeted: "Olly Murs you should have cancelled the gig!!! Yep have seen you loads but I had to go home soaking wet!!"

Another said: "Just left Olly Murs concert early weather to [sic] bad."

They weren't the only ones either, as Party at The Castle - which was held at Sudeley Castle - saw headliner Will Young axed after the rain made conditions unsafe.

Luckily fans had managed to catch a glimpse of All Saints but Pop Idol star Will's set was cancelled because of the storm.

Will's keyboard player and the events organiser confirmed the news.
