KEVIN John Blake who committed fraud twice against a man in 2017 has been ordered to observe a nighttime curfew.

Blake, 39, of Christchurch Road, Winchester, admitted fraud using a bank card belonging to Oliver Breacher on December 19 2017.

He had initially denied the charges but changed his plea at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.

Magistrates imposed a community order for a two-month curfew , to be electronically monitored between 8pm and 6am until March 17.

He was also ordered to pay £52.50 in compensation to be deducted from his benefits.

A charge of handling stolen good was dismissed after the prosecution offered no evidence.
