The campaign for the long-awaited foundation line from Pat McGrath, affectionately known as the ‘mother of make-up’ by fans and followers, has arrived.
Captured by legendary fashion photographer Steven Meisel, models including 17-year-old Damian Hurley – Elizabeth Hurley’s son – showcase the new Skin Fetish Sublime Perfection System: a trio of complexion products which mark the make-up artist's debut foundation formulation.
Of the new campaign McGrath said: “Working with our amazing cast including Sonjdra [Deluxe], Damian [Hurley], Violet [Chachki], Zheng [Zhang], Shanelle [Nyasiase], Blesnya [Mihner] and Primrose [Archer], has been simply magical and made this set so fun and easy – being surrounded by a luminary line up of divine beauties who are McGrath Muses.”
This marks Hurley’s modelling debut, who is not only following in his mother’s footsteps (Elizabeth has been an Estee Lauder ambassador since 1995), but looks remarkably like her with his bombshell brunette hair styled by famed stylist Guido.
Naturally, his complexion (in line with the fellow campaign stars) looks radiant sporting one of the 36 foundation shades, which McGrath told Bazaar "is the amount that I need to reach all skin tones and skin colours - at this moment".
She shares her foundation and powder application tips, here, where you can find more information on the Skin Fetish Sublime Perfection launching 26 July.
