"Our women's fall schedule is made up of the five top women's college events in New England," Stankevich said. "It will allow us to see how we stack up against the other teams in the area, as well as the other MAAC schools early in the season."

The Hawks tee-off for the first time on Saturday, Sept. 14, with the Dartmouth Invitational, held at the Hanover Country Club in Hanover, N.H. Following the trip to the Granite State, Hartford travels to Canton, Mass., for the Boston College Intercollegiate held at the Blue Hill Country Club (Sept. 23-24).

"The Dartmouth Invitational has been a regular stop for the women's team and boasts a field of top teams from the Northeast," said Stankevich. "Last fall, we were able to set team scoring records at this event and we look forward to going back this year. The Boston College Tournament provides a great test with both the golf course and the other schools that will be participating."

Hartford then returns to Connecticut to host the Hartford Hawks Invitational from Sept. 28-29, at the Wintonbury Hills Golf Course in Bloomfield, Conn.

"We'll be hosting our Second Annual Hartford Hawks Women's Fall Invitational at Wintonbury Hills and we hope to defend our title against this 12-team field," said Stankevich.

The final stretch of the 2019 schedule lands the Hawks at The Course at Yale in New Haven, Conn. For the Yale Women's Fall Intercollegiate (Oct. 4-6). Hartford wraps up the season with the Sacred Heart Fall Classic at the Great River Golf Club in Milford, Conn.

Returning for Hartford in 2020 is rising junior Maria Loza, who had a breakout sophomore year that saw her capture the MAAC Championship, becoming just the second player in program history to win an individual conference championship. Loza also set the top scoring average in program history (75.53) en route to three-top five finishes on the year.
