A ROAD in north Herefordshire is expected to remain closed for a considerable time following an oil spill.
Close to 70 metres of the B4362 between Mortimers Cross and Lucton were covered in the sticky substance earlier today.
Herefordshire Council said work is now ongoing to clear up the mess but warned drivers to avoice the area for the time being.
UPDATE (3.50pm): The road has now re-opened.
