The A505 is closed

The A505 is completely closed in both directions this morning after a serious crash.

The road is completely shut in Royston between the A10 junction and the B1368 Barley Road, near Flint Cross.

Two vehicles were involved in the crash which was first reported at around 9.25am this morning (Sunday November 18).

There is slow traffic both ways approaching the scene of the crash and there are emergency services vehicles on site currently dealing with the accident.

There is also traffic at the junction of the A505 and Newmarket Road.
