According to Physio Room, Southampton have been handed a huge triple boost ahead of their clash with Arsenal on Sunday, with the news that three of their key players could be back and available for selection for the game at the Emirates.

The Saints are currently deeply embroiled in a relegation battle, and they sit in 18th spot in the Premier League table, one point adrift of safety, so they will need to start picking up points as a matter of urgency.

Ralph Hasenhüttl’s job at St Mary’s has been made that little bit more difficult following a whole host of injuries to some of his most important players, but that situation seems to be easing up, according to Physio Room.

They suggest that Stuart Armstrong, Mario Lemina and Michael Obafemi could all return in time for Sunday’s clash with Arsenal.

Armstrong has been out since February 2nd, whilst Lemina and Obafemi have not played for Southampton since December 2018.

Physio Room also states that Danny Ings could return for the Saints’ clash with Fulham on February 27th.

Arsenal will represent a huge challenge for Southampton, so having some of their key players back will be a huge boost for them.
